#003 Venusaur

This is the full grown version of Bulbasaur. He comes in at 220.5 pounds and is over 6′7″ tall. A huge tank spraying toxic gas. Interestingly though his flower gives off a scent that attracts other Pokemon. Gotta love that. This guy can also make flowers bloom on a tree. Pretty sweet trick.

The other strange thing about this guy is that Pokemon scientists don’t even know if it eats. It gets most of its energy from the flower on its back. It uses a process called photosynthesis. This is the same way that all plants get energy. They act like giant solar panels. They collect energy from the sun and turn it into the nutrients they need to survive. This is why this Pokemon prefers very sunny areas.
